We propose to monitor not the presence of signs or the violation itself, but to conduct an early study of potential problems. Corporate investigations are valued by business owners and managers of organizations when they are conducted in terms of identifying risks and problems at a far distance from business processes. Corporate investigations by independent entities that value their reputation and operate exclusively on facts and the real state of affairs actually investigate what may happen even before signs of violations appear, which, in turn, is the value that the owner/manager cares about most.
